How sports shirt designs get listed

FanSourced is a marketplace for original fan-made sports apparel. You design the shirt, choose the products, and set the price. You do not buy blank shirts, and you do not mail them. Printing and shipping are handled when an order is fulfilled, to the United States and Japan.

Create a seller account, then open the free Design Studio or upload finished art. Place the design, choose the garment colors buyers can select, and set a price at or above the minimum the studio shows. That floor is the lowest price where you still earn at least $0.01 after production, the platform fee, processing, and the print partner’s sales tax. List a T-shirt, hoodie, hat, or sticker. Shirts can print on the front and the back. Hats are stitched.

You keep 85% of the item price

You keep 85% of the item price. FanSourced’s platform fee is 15% of that price, and it is charged only after the sale is fulfilled. If the order is canceled before it ships, the fee is not taken. Production cost, processing, and the print partner’s sales tax also come out of your price, so 85% is not the same figure as profit. The studio shows an earnings estimate before you publish. Earnings are sent about 14 days after the order ships.

Seller accounts created on or before November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET pay a 0% platform fee on orders placed in their first 30 days. After that, the fee is 15%. Only the platform fee is waived. The Seller Terms spell out the rest of the formula.

Free Design Studio, a featured first design, and $10

The Design Studio is free with a seller account. There is no charge to design or to list. Start from a template, add text and shapes, upload your image, or use Sports clipart: original silhouettes of balls, sticks, gloves, and generic fan gear such as a foam finger. They are not team, league, or school logos. Select a piece and Recolor it. Keep important art inside the safe area. The studio flags a file that would print soft.

Every new seller’s first design gets featured on our homepage and on X. The homepage row shows first designs from sellers who joined in the last 30 days. The Seller Terms say ranking and placement can change.

Refer another seller with /sell?ref= followed by your username. When their first sale is fulfilled, $10 is added to your payout balance once, about 14 days after that order ships. Your own link, or the same account or email, does not count. If that first sale is canceled or refunded before the credit is paid, the credit is not paid.

What belongs on the shirt

Publish work you own or are licensed to print on merchandise. A city name, a skyline you drew, a game-day line, and generic sports shapes fit this shop. Official team, league, or school logos, wordmarks, mascots, uniforms, and a player’s name or likeness are not allowed unless you have a license. Titles must not make a shirt look official. The upload screen checks the file. A warning is not approval.
