Ordering & shipping

How long will my order take?

Everything is printed on demand by our print partner, Printful. Printful's published estimates:

  • Printing (fulfillment): 2–5 business days
  • US Standard shipping: 3–4 business days after it ships · Express: 1–3 business days

Estimates, not guarantees. Hats and stickers may ship separately from apparel. Source: Printful shipping & delivery estimates. Checkout shows the carrier estimate for your address.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Japan. In the U.S. we ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico, but not to other U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We can’t ship to other countries. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship by standard postal service and can take longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is our print partner's actual rate for your address and cart. You see the exact options and prices at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, if any, is added on the payment page.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest with just your email — we send your receipt and shipping updates there. If you later create an account with the same email and verify it, your guest orders appear in your account automatically.

Where is my order?

Use Order status with your order number and email to track it, cancel before it ships, or report a problem.

Sizing

How do the shirts, hoodies and hats fit?

Every product page has a Size guide with the manufacturer's measurements from Printful for that exact product (tees are Bella + Canvas 3001, hoodies Gildan 18500, hats Yupoong 6245CM). Compare with a similar item you own, measured flat.

Measurements are provided by suppliers. Product measurements may vary by up to 2″ (5 cm).

Returns & refunds

Can I return something?

Items are made to order, so they're generally non-refundable — but we offer a free reprint or a full refund if your item arrives damaged or defective, is misprinted, is the wrong product, size or color, or is lost in transit. Report it within 30 days of delivery from Order status. You can also cancel any time before it ships.

The full policy is on Refunds & Returns.

Selling

How does selling work?

Create a seller account, upload your artwork, position it on products in the studio, set your price and publish. We handle printing, shipping and customer payments.

No artwork yet? Make one in the Design Studio with templates, fonts, shapes and your images. You choose exactly which product colors buyers can pick. Studio help & FAQ.

FanSourced's fee is 15% of the item price, taken after the item is fulfilled. Production cost and the processing fee also come out of your price; the studio shows your minimum price (where you still earn $0.01) and estimated earnings. Details: Seller Terms.

The 15% platform fee helps cover FanSourced's monthly costs and day-to-day operations — website hosting and storage, secure checkout, the systems that send your orders to our print partner and track them, customer and seller support, and ongoing improvements to the site and the Design Studio — so the site stays fully functional and selling here stays as easy and enjoyable as possible. It's taken only after an item is fulfilled; production cost, processing fees and Printful's sales tax are separate and come out of your price. More in the Seller Terms.

What happens to a design that never sells?

If none of a design's products has sold once within 360 days of the design first being published, the whole design is archived with all its products: hidden from the shop but never deleted, and past orders aren't affected. Products are never archived one by one — one sale of any product keeps the whole design up for good. Products added later share the design's clock, and editing or republishing doesn't restart it. From day 330 your dashboard shows the archive date and we send one email listing every design that's due. You can relist an archived design once from your dashboard (all its products, a new 360-day period). See the Seller Terms.

I think a design copies my work or trademark.

Use Flag concern on the design's page, or see the Terms for how we handle claims.
