A Redbubble & TeePublic alternative for sports designers
A sports shop, not a general art mall
Redbubble and TeePublic are print-on-demand marketplaces: independent artists upload work, and the item is made after someone buys it. FanSourced fulfills the same way. You do not buy blanks, and printing and shipping are handled when an order is fulfilled, to the United States and Japan. The shelf is the difference. This marketplace is for original fan-made sports apparel and city culture, not every subject in one gallery. If your work is game day, hometowns, and sports shirts, the catalog is aimed at that buyer.
You can sell here as well as anywhere else. There is no exclusivity, so keep your other shops and add FanSourced as another place your sports designs can sell. Our fee is simple and published: you keep 85% of each sale, and the 15% is only taken after an order is fulfilled.
Our fee, without a competitor’s rate next to it
You keep 85% of the item price. FanSourced’s platform fee is 15% of that price, and it is charged only after a sale is fulfilled. An order canceled before it ships is not charged the fee. Production cost, card or PayPal processing, and the print partner’s sales tax also come out of your price. That is why 85% is not take-home profit. The free Design Studio shows the lowest price where you still earn at least $0.01, and an estimate for the design you are pricing. Earnings are paid about 14 days after the order ships. Payout-provider fees are deducted from the payout.
Accounts created on or before November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET pay a 0% platform fee on orders placed in their first 30 days. The rate is locked when the buyer pays and still comes off only after fulfillment. After the window, the fee is 15%. Production and processing are not part of the waiver.
Tools, the first-design feature, and $10
Upload files you already have, or design in the browser. The Design Studio is free with a seller account. It has templates, text, shapes, your images, and Sports clipart drawn for FanSourced. Recolor changes a sports piece. The clipart is generic equipment and fan gear, not a team, league, or school mark, and the templates are not copied from other design sites. Shirts and hoodies can print on more than one side. Hats and embroidered hoodies are stitched, with a short list of thread colors.
Every new seller’s first design gets featured on our homepage and on X. The homepage row is first designs from sellers who joined in the last 30 days. Placement can change, and it is not a sales guarantee.
Share /sell?ref= followed by your username. When that seller’s first sale is fulfilled, $10 is added to your payout once, about 14 days after that order ships, unless the sale is canceled or refunded first. Your own link, or the same account or email, does not qualify. The platform fee is not applied to the $10.
The line on team marks
Unofficial team art that is common on other print-on-demand sites does not clear here. You need rights to every element. Official team, league, or school logos, mascots, and a player’s name or likeness are out unless you have a license. A city, a color story you created, or the sport in general is fine. Passing the upload screen is not a clearance.
Questions
How is this different from Redbubble or TeePublic?
They are also print on demand, so you do not buy inventory. The difference is focus: FanSourced is built only for original fan-made sports apparel, so your designs are shown to sports fans instead of being buried in a general catalog. You keep 85% of each sale, and printing and shipping are handled for you.
What does FanSourced charge?
You keep 85% of the item price. The 15% fee is charged only after fulfillment. Production, processing, and print-partner sales tax also come out of the price.
Is there a free design tool?
Yes. The Design Studio at /studio is free with a seller account, including templates and original sports clipart.
What is the first-design feature and the $10?
Your first design is featured on the homepage and on X. If someone joins through your username link and their first sale is fulfilled, $10 is added to your payout once, about 14 days later.
